Q: What's your name, position and dealership?
A: I’m Austin Beyak, I work at Payless Auto Mart as the Sales and Finance Manager.
Q: How long have you been using AVA for?
A: We’ve been using AVA since I first heard about it around two years ago.
Q: What do you like most about AVA?
A: For me it’s about the ease of access to the information, its nice going in and knowing exactly where to go. Getting all the information for the customer, that way I know how to be prepared. For me, the name of the game is prep and once you’re ready for the customer, how can it not be easy for them?
Q: Has AVA helped you improve your digital strategy? If so, how?
A: For us it’s a great tool to help organize leads and manage how things come in from our website, it's been really helpful in that part.
Q: Talk about the quality of AVA applications.
A: The quality of the applications has been great. Knowing things like peoples credit score or when in lapse having the predictive score has been a huge judgement factor in knowing how to guide people.
Q: How do we compare to other customer engagement tools you have used in the past?
A: Good layout, good people behind it. Having a support team, the regular meetings with our rep at AVA. Having feedback, given the opportunity to ask questions. The fact that my inputs has been taken on a corporate scale has been pretty cool. It’s definitely changed the how’s and the why’s, that’s for sure.
Q: How does AVA make your life easier?
A: Time. We only have 8 hours in a working day, the only we can do that is having all the information that is available to us. Being ready, being quick, it’s as simple as that.
Q: Would you recommend AVA to other dealerships?
A: I always recommend AVA to other dealerships, how could we not want tools that make our lives easier and make our customers lives easier?
Q: How has AVA helped you close more deals?
A: It probably helps us sell an extra 2-4 cars per month, when on the small scale we’re on is a big driver to the increased profits. Our closing ratio is approaching about 40% this month.
Q: How does AVA Trade help your dealership?
A: Trade-ins are the only way you win as a dealership. Having access to the information, having an enticing button on our website to have people bring in trade-ins has really been a game changer. Having a vehicle you can sell two, three, four times over because of good tools makes all the difference in the world profit wise.
