Q: Whats your name, position and dealership?
A: My name is Leo Savoy, I'm the General Manager at Approval Genie in Ottawa.
Q: How long have you been using AVA for?
A: We’ve been using AVA since 2021.
Q: What do you like most about AVA?
A: It has a huge impact on the quality of the leads because it pre-educates the customer before we get the ball rolling in terms of what we do and how we can help them. It brings a lot of credibility to what we do.
Q: Has AVA helped you improve your digital strategy? If so, how?
A: Beginning a financial conversation with a new client, especially in subprime is tricky and AVA makes that conversation a whole lot easier.
Q: Would you recommend AVA to other dealerships?
A: Well I would prefer for us to just have it because it's such a good tool but yes absolutely I would recommend it to other dealerships.
Q: How has AVA improved your dealership's performance?
A: So we've generated an additional 1500 leads since 2021 and hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue.
Q: How do we compare to other customer engagement tools you have used in the past?
A: It really does change the mindset of our sales team when they see that they got an AVA lead because they really love those leads.
