We recently visited Oxford Dodge in London Ontario to hear about their first hand experience using AVA Credit. They've been using AVA Credit to help streamline the sales process for their customers. For Sales Manager Chris Legge, he feels that having the customers credit information is incredibly valuable for the dealership. Having the credit information up front gives their sales team a better idea of what vehicle the customer should be looking for rather than wasting time working with a customer on a vehicle that doesn't fit their financial situation.
